Patten

London-based producer Patten, is releasing his debut album in a couple of weeks, and it's called GLAQJO XAACSSO ... don't ask me how to pronounce that. So hearing of this, I immediately found 'Fire Dream'. It's tremendously heavy on the bass. Although this bassy effect could have been heightened by the fact that when I first played this track, I wasn't aware that the volume on both my speakers and laptop was at max level.... I'm definitely going to be buying this album, I hope the rest of it does justice to this first track - everything about Fire Dream is excellent, it takes you on a warped voyage through so many different sounds and layers.
