This is Translates from anonymous newcomer SANSOUCI. The submission email was minimal to say the least, stating only this'The Prince has spoken'. Translates is just as mysterious as the email, pacing itself slowly and gradually for 3 minutes straight, until an unexpected swell of noise emerges from pretty much no where.
