The best kind of music is always going to be the stuff that you can't immediately shove a label on to - and this little collab by Swedish-natives I Break Horses and Philly's own CSLSX certainly isn't an easy one to pin point. Violent Sea crosses between wavy vibes and detached vocals characteristic of what some may define as chillwave (eurr) but there's some hard-hitting instrumentation which livens everything up in a way which makes it sound like a cross-between Washed Out and M83...(?) But then again my interpretation is open to interpretation. Judge for yourself & grab a free DL below:
