Expensive Looks

NY's Expensive Looks released his Dark Matters debut at the beginning of the year, it got pretty average reviews but I personally thought that too many easy comparisons to M83 were made and all in all it was pretty charming. So I'd wholly encourage you to listen to this new track Only1, it's just lovely. Plus I even caught my little brother nodding along to it, and he's a hardcore Motörhead fan.

Fix Up//Expensive Looks

Here are a few remixes from NYC-based Expensive Looks. His music is like disjointed 80's induced psych-pop, but cooler. These are the kind of songs you stick on your iPod when you feel on top of the world and you want everybody to know about it. There's just something fun and happy about them, yet they still manage to maintain so much credibility as being extremely well produced, and all round wonderful. Listen & dwnld here:
