Quiet Sun

UK producer and construer of ambience Quiet Sun released a new album last week. All in all it's a very pretty album, featuring a lot of delicious sounds which loop, swirl and embed themselves into the happiest and calmest corners of your mind. Sitting somewhere between Evenings and one of the more ambient faces of Four Tet, I'd definitely recommend you give The Fields of Sleep a listen. Gold Panda

Gold Panda's recent hyperactivity hopefully means there's a follow up to Lucky Shiner in the works. Today the UK producer released the eastern-inspired 'Financial District' & 'Mountain' as a double-single which you can stream below:



As incredibly dumb as it sounds I have so much respect for Gold Panda. I think I only started the conversion from appreciating electronic music to becoming completely fixated with it when I first heard him in like 2009, I was only 17 and that's when I first started to realise the potential of music like that.
