Wizard Sleeve

Sadly I'm going to have very limited access to the internet for the next few weeks, which means very limited posting / secret posting from work when I'm not supposed to. But I thought I'd attempt to make it up to you by introducing you to Wizard Sleeve, an amazing collective of DJs and producers who've just released their third compilation for free. This is an introduction to the 'downtempo' side of Wizard Sleeve and features favorite of mine; Semiotics. Download below:

Feverkin

This absolute gem turned up in my inbox the other day from Atlanta based Feverkin. Featuring vocals from the wonderful Bijou (who put together that amazing cover of Skinny Love over the top of Shlohmo's Seriously), there's a haunting beauty to it that seeps through a jazz infused overlay and the results are absolutely spectacular. Coiled Corner belongs on the NSL001 compilation which was released by the No Sound Lost collective back in June, and you can grab it for free below:

Gang Colours

Southampton's Gang Colours returns after the release of his debut LP last year with sultry new track, In Terms of Design. It'll also be featured on the forthcoming Where the Wind Blows compilation on BPitch Control, take a listen below:

Compilation #1

I`m currently sat in a hostel in Barcelona waiting to catch a bus to Pamplona so I thought I`d check my inbox, turns out it`s brimming with stuff like this:

I never like to cram a bunch of music into one post, but there`s so much good stuff to show you with so little time. I promise normal service will resume next week, but hey these tracks are so good they should keep you happy until then.

Com Truise

On July 17th, 80's inspired synth-god (in my opinion) producer Com Truise is releasing a compilation of previously unreleased tracks via Ghostly International called In Decay. The first track from the compilation is 'Open', a slice of atmospheric VHS electro which kind of proves that he's always been pretty damn good at this.

Fjellsmug Kompilation One

Our friends over at Fjellsmug have just released this wonderful 8-track compilation of upcoming artists belonging to the label. Fjellsmug hail from Cologne, Germany's famous for it's electronic music and this is a compilation that definitely showcases that fact. It's a pretty wild bunch of different artists and styles, but hey when there's so much good music out there the best labels are going to be the ones that offer decent variety.

This is avalable on a 'name your price' basis via bandcamp so go download and take a listen to some pretty interesting music and support a very good label:
