Wintercoats

This is the very beautiful Halogen Moon, the first track to be taken from the new Wintercoats Heartful EP out on Cascine early next year, after a very (year) long quiet stint. The track is available as a free download below, enjoy:

Chad Valley

Finally a Chad Valley full-length is on its way. Here's the first single from the soon to be debut album Young Hunger, which will be released October 30th via Cascine. According to the press release, the album is about 'having the fire and strength to realise your intentions', so, with that; I'm expecting something quite inspiring and marvellous things from Hugo the Oxfordian.

With a little help from Glasser, Fall 4 U provides the perfect introduction to the album and gives good indication that it's probably going to be a pretty good one. Stream below:

Erika Spring

You may have heard of Erika Spring already, being one part of Au Revoir Simone it comes as no surprise that the first cut from her new solo project is so wonderfully catchy. But this isn't just a nice piece of swirling synthpop accompanied by a pretty voice, production is tight and the track has a denser feel to it than that of previous Au Revoir stuff. I'm excited to hear the rest of this, Erika is set to release her self-titled EP on July 10th via Cascine but for now you can stream/download Hidden below:

RxGibbs

RxGibbs upcoming Futures EP is set to be released on Cascine later this month and ILNL is lucky enough to premiere it. When I see a press release that describes somebody's music as 'brushing listeners imaginations with sun-glinted electronic reflections from city grids and red-sand deserts'; I just know I have to listen to it. Whoever wrote that press info wasn't lying either. The songs inhabit a kind of half-awake, half-asleep driftspace which provides the perfect antidote to these dark wintery days. This is simple but beautiful and surprisingly catchy - it'll have you hooked for days.
