Pip John

90% of the time there is nothing better than dreaming. Below is the highly irresistible new offering from New Zealander Pip John which pretty much sounds like it's been made for the dreamers to getting lost in and not give a damn about anything ever again. Download it for free:

Watercolours

Australasia is taking over my dreams,  Australia and New Zealand have reigned supreme with their musical exports this year for me, as demonstrated by the new one from New Zealand's Watercolours; which is placed in the most perfect position between dream and pop. Sliders sort of sounds like a breath of fresh air and you should take a listen right here:

Doprah

This is such an amazing cover of Arctic Monkey's Do I Wanna Know. I understand that the opening sentence of this post may well put many people off but trust me; this Doprah cover oozes chill and is more than worth a listen.

Black City Lights

Wellington duo Black City Lights dropped a pretty impressive RMX EP today (06/11) via Stars & Letters Records. It features some very special contributions from a bunch of cool New Zealanders like Forest Spirits and Unmap, you can stream a couple of my favourites below:
