Maricopa

It's completely beyond me how I've only just managed to grace my ears with Maricopa's sound. These two tracks are set to be released on vinyl via new imprint Fools & Fables, which I'm going to pre-order as soon as I finish this post (as only 300 of them are being made). Both tracks sound like they were born out of a desire to soothe the soul, I haven't heard anything as perfectly stunning in quite a long time. Bearhead

The new year always seems to get off to a slow start, so this beautifully downtempo album from Georgia's Bearhead seems pretty apt. Clearly inspired by the likes of Bibio, Boards of Canada and Duster, this one's definitely for the experimental dreamers.
