I've heard quite a lot of good things from Portugal recently, and here's another. The only way I can describe this is as minimal electronic brilliance. There's some great contrasts; in every song there's themes of blips and bass, which create a kind of unique edge, whilst fitting together in such a perfectly mellow state.
