twyaen

twyaen are a Welsh duo based in London, who are kind enough to provide us with a giant, melodic hug in the form of their debut single Keep on Waiting. This is a beautiful introduction to the pair; gentle, laid-back and smooth with a soulfulness to it which kind of reminds me of Rhye, the quality of which is pretty much a sure indication that we'll be hearing a lot about them from now on. Sundays is a Vancouver based singer/songwriter/producer/basically all-round talented solo artist. World We Own fits very neatly in with the likes George Maple, Banks and Rhye where heartbreaking pop songs meet well-produced electronic music. Of course that's nothing but a good thing. I needn't describe to you how good this is, I don't really think I possess the vocabulary to do so either. All you need to know is that it's SOHN doing a remix of this beautiful song, so it's pretty much impossible for it to be anything but completely brilliant.
