Daphni
Dan Snaith is a modern-day musical hero. He's the guy behind both Caribou AND Daphni which I think is kind of insane. So, whilst we're sat round twiddling our thumbs waiting for his follow-up to 2010's Swim album under Caribou, we can stick on some brand new Daphni - how cool is that? Pairs is the first single to be taken from an apparently upcoming Daphni debut. This is pretty confusing to write, so just go ahead and stream away below:
Les Sins
Les Sins is Chaz Bundick, Chaz Bundick is Toro y Moi, obviously this is going to be ridiculously good. It's a little world away from Toro, it's quite housey for a start. But there is just as much intelligence and brilliance behind Les Sins as in any other Toro project. The below tracks will be released as a double-sided single later this month under Caribou's Jiaoulong label (a perfect fit).

Adultrock
Adultrock is the electronic side-project of Gavin, a member of a very nice band called We Are Losers. He's releasing an EP under Adultrock on Dublin based label Long Lost Records, it's Loves which it's being released as a limited cassette to celebrate Record Store Day.
The track below is called Hermione, it's actually been around since 2010, unfortunately that kind of passed me by so I'm pretty glad I can get my hands on it this time as it's a pretty special track which plays about with some lovely sounds in a Gold Panda-ish style that's a bit softer round the edges. You can get the entirity of Loves on a name your price basis by clicking here.
